2. Non-Returnable Items

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. We will send you instructions on how to send the item back to us.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.

  • Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment processor to reflect the refund in your account.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. If the new item is of a different price, you may be charged or refunded accordingly.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at service@tradelio-inc.com. We will provide you with a return label and either offer a full refund or send you a replacement item.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
